How does wash, dry & fold work?
Fill a 13-gallon bag with as much laundry as it holds — we wash, dry, fold, and bag it beautifully for $35 per bag. Premium detergent and your choice of signature scent are always included. Book online at freshonthehill.com, set your bag out, and get it back fresh.
Do you offer laundry pickup and delivery in Tyler, TX?
Yes! Pickup & delivery is a flat $10 with a 2-bag minimum. We serve Tyler, Lindale, Whitehouse, Chandler, Flint, and Bullard, Texas. You can also drop off at Ashley's for free — no minimum.
How do laundry subscriptions work?
Save $5 on every single bag with a monthly subscription: 4 bags for $120, 8 bags for $240, or 12 bags for $360 per month. That's $30 a bag instead of $35 — perfect for busy families.
Do you wash scrubs for nurses and vet techs?
We sure do. Our scrub set service washes 5 sets weekly for $35, or $30 a week with a standing weekly subscription. Fresh scrubs for every shift.
What scents can I choose from?
Diva, Sweet Grace, Free & Clear (no dyes or fragrance — gentle on sensitive skin), and classic Tide.
Do you offer commercial laundry for businesses?
Yes — we wash towels, rags, microfiber, aprons, and table linens for car washes, restaurants, cafés, breweries, and other local businesses. Pricing is based on volume and soil level: light loads from $35/bag, standard $40–45/bag, heavy $50+/bag, with custom plans for high-volume accounts. Text 903-570-6466 for a custom plan.
Do you offer home organizing services?
Yes! Ashley offers judgment-free home organizing at $50 per hour — closets (adult & kids), linen closets, laundry rooms, kitchens & pantries, and general home decluttering. Add-on laundry service is available while she's there.
How do I pay?
Venmo (@AshleyHill3333) or cash at pickup. You'll get a payment link right after you book online.
How fast is turnaround?
Ashley confirms every booking by text and will let you know your exact delivery window — most orders come back fresh and folded within a day or two.
